PRIVACY POLICY
Your contact information is only used to confirm transactions, convey information about our company, our conferences, and our services. We will not sell or rent your contact information to any outside organizations or companies.

Credit Card information that is collected is used only for your specific purchase, and is not stored in our systems.

REGISTERED ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PUBSNET.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to
the first day of the specific conference for which you have registered. PUBSNET will refund the full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $25 processing fee will be applied to refunds for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before first day of the specific conference for which you have registered.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the specific conference for which you have registered.

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PUBSNET. 

If notice of cancellation is made 150 calendar days before the first day of the specific conference for which you have contracted to sponsor, a refund less 50% of the contracted amount will be issued.  If notice of cancellation is made less than 150 calendar days before the first day of the specific conference for which you have contracted to sponsor, NO REFUND will be issued.  Any reduction in sponsorship level will be treated the same as sponsorship cancellation and will be refunded accordingly.

LIABILITY LIMITATION
PUBSNET shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract as a result of strikes, riots, acts of nature, Government intervention, war, terrorism, or any other causes that shall make it impossible or inadvisable to hold the conference or portion thereof at the time and place designated. Then and there this agreement shall terminate and registered attendees and exhibitors shall and do hereby waive any claim for property or other damages or compensation except the pro rata return on the amount paid after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party.

GOVERNANCE
Although PUBSNET does business in the United States and other countries, business conducted with PUBSNET shall be governed, constructed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts and its courts. In the event that it shall be necessary for PUBSNET to bring suit to enforce any of its rights here under, PUBSNET shall be entitled to recover all costs of such suits including reasonable attorney’s fees.
