Getting from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport to the Crown Plaza Union Station is quick and easy. Centrally located in the lower level of the parking garage directly across from the passenger terminal, the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) is your connection for bus service, hotel courtesy vehicles, and limousines to take you to your next destination. Several modes of transportation are available.

A variety of taxi cab services are available just outside the baggage pickup on the lower level of the airport. No reservation needed. Estimated cab far to hotel is $25 US. Estimated ride time 20 minutes.

Bus Service


IndyGo Public Bus Service
IndyGo is the official Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation. Scheduled public bus service from the airport to locations around the city is available at the IndyGo stop, located outside the passenger terminal on the lower level courtesy vehicle island near the Air Tran baggage claim.
