Adam Small has over 12 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. He holds certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, and Citrix. His career in Information Technology began in the U.S. Marine Corps 12 years ago. After leaving the service he worked as a consultant serving many industries large and small. From 2000-2007 Adam served as Chief Information Officer for PTS Electronics in Bloomington, IN, a company prominent in the cellular repair industry. It is this experience that led Adam to found TEXTBYREQUEST, where he helps businesses interact with their consumer through the use of text messaging.
