Inna Kassatkina is co-founder and president of Global Language Solutions (GLS), a professional translation services company headquartered in Newport Beach, California. A full-service agency, GLS specializes in pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical device translations in more than 100 languages. She provides senior level consulting in international communications to clinical study sponsors, CROs, and IRBs.

Prior to co-founding GLS in 1994, Kassatkina worked for an international firm with strong interests in Russia and offered linguistic consulting to companies doing business in Eastern Europe.  She is the author of several articles on the issues of language translation; editor of GLS’ e-publication, Global Communicator; and a frequent speaker at various pharmaceutical, medical devices, and multicultural industry events. 

Kassatkina attended Moscow State University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in linguistics. A native of Moscow, Russia, Kassatkina is fluent in several languages.
