DITA Users supports hundreds of technical communicators from dozens of countries around the world who are interested in learning topic-based structured authoring. Members have personal workspace folders on an interactive website, where they can author and build documentation sets. They can publish links to their projects and easily show their colleagues, clients, or employers work they did in DITA.

DITA Users is entirely web-based training. It features the DITA Storm web-based editor. It uses a DITA Open Toolkit installed on the server to publish member docsets to XHTML, PDF, and online help. And it uses an Eclipse Help server to deliver online help.
